Race Horse Reclaim Thoroughbred Rescue 

As Race Horse Reclaim Thoroughbred Rescue grows we will be holding events that will  raise public awareness regarding the plight of the x-race horses that need financial support and a secure future. 

In addition we are currently training the horses who are now ready for a new career and will be taking them to area dressage and jumping shows to demonstrate what brilliant show horses the Thoroughbreds can be.  Visit this site often for reports on progress!

Up-Date!  2010 Evening Social and Silent Auction to benefit Racehorse Reclaim April 9th was a success!

 Trainers, Owners, Riders, and horse lovers in general enjoyed an evening of music, light refreshment and bid on wonderful items in the silent auction!  

We are planning a summer cookout at the Farm as a "thank you" to our supporters.  Details will be posted soon!!!!

2009 Evening Social and Silent Auction  for the Benefit of the X-Race Horses was held on June 27th and was a huge success!

Sponsored by the historic Quapaw Baths & Spa, the Event was well-attended.  Guests enjoyed vegan food catered by 1217 Cafe and vied for wonderful items in the Silent Auction that had been generously donated by local merchants and artists.  (for a list of our sponsors and donars CLICK HERE) This first effort raised over $2500.00 in donations!!! These funds will be dedicated to denistry and summer deworming for our equine residents.  Many thanks to all who attended and supported this Event.

Chaplains Benefit Dinner 2011!!!  Hall of Fame jockey Clavin Borel donated a custom made exercise complete with Race Horse Reclaims' logo embossed on the seat which was auctioned at this famous charity event.  Over three hundred of horse racings elite folk attented the function where Calvin endorsed the efforts of Race Horse Reclaim.  Proceeds from the sale of the saddle were donated by the Chaplaincy to the Reclaim.  Many thanks to Calvin and his agent Jerry Hissam.
