This page is dedicated with great love to the people and animals in our lives who have passed on. We honor their memory and keep them close to our hearts, knowing they are never far away from us.
Bobby Slew March 12,2005 - November 12,2010 we lost Bobby unexpectedly. Many thanks to Dr. James Tilly, Mr. Randy Wolf, and our trusted volunteer Angela Boyette. Our best efforts to save this beautiful mare were unsuccessful. She will remain always in our memories as a very special horse.

DARLA JO (PAGE) BIGGS died Saturday March 21, 2010 with the same dignity and grace with which she lived, surrounded by and continuing to comfort those she loved. Generous and kind, Darla frequently adopted abandoned animals of all kinds. She loved horses throughout her life and in recent years bred and raced Thoroughbreds with her husband Gene Biggs.
In lieu of flowers, Darla would want memorials to be made to help unwanted and abused animals or retired racehorses. Donations in her memory can be made to Racehorse Reclaim Thoroughbred Rescue. For more information click here.
Thanks to the following for their generosity in remembering Darla:
Charles B. and Ella L. Hagarman
Burt and Diane Ziemer
Gene P. Baker
The Blake W. Lazenby Family

Topaz 1990 - 2008
Topaz was Deb's trusted barn cat turned house cat for almost twenty years and traveled the country with her as the horse life took her from place to place. When Topaz passed over from the ailments of old age, Deb found great comfort in the message of "The Rainbow Bridge".
The Rainbow Bridge
There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of it's many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills, and valleys with lush green grass. When a cherished animal companion passes away, they go to this place. There is always food, water, and sunshine and everyone is warm and comfortable. All the animals who have been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in days gone by. They play all day with each other.
There is only one small thing missing. They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth and had to be left behind. So they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks off into the distance. Their bright eyes are staring! The nose twitches! The ears are up! Their eager body begins to quiver! Suddenly they begin to run from the group, flying over the green grass, their legs carrying them faster and faster...
You have been spotted! And when you and your special friend meet, you cling together in joyous reunion. Your face is kissed again and again and again, your hands again caress the beloved head, you look once more into the adoring eyes of your trusting companion, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be seperated...
